There aim is to assist and advise pre- production in all the areas of production where children will be working. They organise licensing, Health & saftey, First Aid, childrens regulations as to permitted hours of work,childrens breaks, childrens tutoring and tutors. This enables the production company to sort out any problems that may occur when filming starts.
Childrens production co-ordinators assist productions whilst filming is on going. They work closely with the chaperones and production producers and directors.
Co-ordinators assist in scheduling, location shoots, tutoring and tutors, accommodation assessments and any relicensing that has to applied for.
